Thanks for your comment. I do not believe there is a conflict as we have a commission sharing agreement with all the firms that are on www.theprimeline.com.

There is no bias to recommend one firm over the other. Additionally, the process is mostly systematic, and if the client puts through a request that matches the Prime Broker's criteria, the PB will be suggested amongst the other PB's that are also willing to accept the bid.

The difference may be that Broker A may introduce to Merrill Lynch for example, and offer capital introduction as a value added service, while Broker B introduces to Goldman Sachs Execution and Clearing and offers no cap intro.

In most cases there is no human interaction, therefore no conflict.
